The center consists of approximately 80,000 SF of leaseable space composed of 11 buildings. The project is approved by the County, plans currently being submitted. Project consists of semi-subterranean parking with 2 stories of wood frame structure above it. There are 6 units per floor, each unit is about 1,600 SF with a total gross area of 19,500 SF. Building comprising classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, faculty offices, coffee shop, exhibition halls, etc. GMX provided management services in the areas of design development, construction management and procurement of material.
